These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of SSH Workbench, a desktop application for visual server management over SSH ("Service"), operated by FUNCTIONCRAFT - FZCO, a company registered in the United Arab Emirates ("we," "us," or "our").
By downloading, installing, or using SSH Workbench, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our Service.
SSH Workbench is a desktop SSH client that provides visual server management, including:
The Service connects directly to your servers via SSH from your device. We do not proxy, intercept, or store your SSH sessions, commands, or server data on our servers.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:
Solo licenses are issued on a per-user basis. Each user requires their own license, which may be used on multiple devices owned by that user. Team licenses include multiple seats as specified by the selected plan tier.
SSH Workbench offers a 7-day free trial with full functionality. No credit card or sign-up is required to start the trial. The trial automatically expires after 7 days unless you purchase a license.

All plans include access to all features, unlimited servers, and support for Mac, Windows, and Linux. Current pricing is available on our pricing page.
All payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle"), our Merchant of Record. Paddle handles all payment processing, tax collection, and compliance. Your payment relationship is with Paddle, not directly with us.

SSH Workbench and all related trademarks, logos, and software are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our intellectual property except as expressly stated.
Third-party service names and logos are the property of their respective owners. Our use of these marks does not indicate endorsement by or affiliation with these services.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that:
SSH Workbench is a tool for interacting with your servers. You are responsible for the commands you execute and the changes you make. Always maintain backups of your data.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR USE, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
Our total liability for any claims related to these Terms shall not exceed fifty US dollars ($50).
These limitations apply regardless of the theory of liability and even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless us and our affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorney fees, arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if:
Upon termination, your license to use the Service ends immediately. Lifetime licenses remain valid unless terminated for violation of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through good faith negotiation.
If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Dubai International Arbitration Centre (DIAC). The arbitration shall be conducted in English in Dubai, UAE.
We may update these Terms from time to time. You should check this page periodically for changes. For material changes that significantly affect your rights, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you.
Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms and our Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not be considered a waiver of those rights.
